All sales are final. Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. Approved claims will be replaced with the same item.

Lux Creations is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
